Eisha holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan, and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Sussex, UK. Eisha is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Sussex, UK, and is an external member of LorenzoLab at the University of A Coruña, under the supervision of Dr. Marianna Cerasuolo, Dr. James Van Yperen, and Dr. Guillermo Lorenzo. Her research focuses on developing a multi-scale mathematical and computational model of prostate cancer progression, with particular emphasis on ferroptosis, therapeutic resistance, and investigating the effects of iron supplementation and RSL3 treatment when combined with second generation androgen inhibitor, Enzalutamide.
Her broader research interests include mathematical oncology, computational modelling, and the application of numerical and statistical methods to understand cancer dynamics. Aside from research, she enjoys reading, walking, solving puzzles, and working out.
